Job DescriptionRole Purpose:
nTheService Designer – EdTech (Learning Products) owns the "What and Why" of the product. This role ensures that the product is solving the right problems, for the right users, in the right way, by translating user needs, program context, and learning outcomes into meaningful product experiences.
nYou will work closely with Product Manager Ops, LxD, UX, Research, Analytics, and Program teams to define journeys, shape solutions, continuously improve user outcomes, and drive the validation of innovations from concept through scale.
nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Product Discovery & Problem Framing

Lead problem definition grounded in user, program, and field realitiesn
Identify key user needs, constraints, and prospect areasn
Translate ambiguity into transparent problem statements and solution directionsn
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and field immersions to validate problem statementsn
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product opportunitiesn




Ensure product opportunities are rooted in real learner, educator, and ecosystem needsn

n2. Experience Design & Journey Ownership

Own end-to-end user journeys (Explore → Decide → Learn → Transition)n
Define experience flows, interaction patterns, and product principlesn
Ensure coherence across touchpoints (app, content, support systems)n
Continuously identify friction points and prospects to improve engagement, retention, and outcomesn
Advocate for learner and educator needs throughout the product lifecyclen

n3. Requirements & Product Definition

Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criterian
Define scope and success criteria for features and journeysn
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure clarity and feasibilityn
Ensure requirements clearly articulate the user problem, desired outcome, and success measuresn
Support delivery teams in making informed trade-offs while preservin
