Role OverviewWith growing adoption of our platform, we’re looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our next stage of growth. This role is essential to building and scaling FlairX’s Go-To-Market (GTM) engine by generating new business pipeline, qualifying inbound leads, and proactively reaching out to high-value prospects.
You’ll be on the front lines of our customer acquisition efforts,
working closely with our GTM and Sales leadership to identify opportunities, spark meaningful conversations, and fuel FlairX’s growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly driven, curious, and eager to make an impact in a rapid-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source, identify, and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and creative prospecting strategies
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities for the Account Executive team
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and determine fit with FlairX’s solutions
Become fluent in FlairX’s product and value proposition to effectively engage business and HR stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and qualification criteria
Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and consistently achieve weekly
