nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for an experienced PMO qualified with a strong background in the automation industry. The candidate will support project governance, planning, and execution of automation projects while working closely with global stakeholders in the EST time zone.
nKey Responsibilities:

Drive project governance, tracking, and reporting for automation projectsn
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverablesn
Coordinate with engineering teams (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and business stakeholdersn
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updatesn
Identify risks/issues and ensure timely escalation and resolutionn
Standardize PMO processes, templates, and best practicesn
Support resource planning and allocationn

nRequired Skills:

Strong experience in PMO/project coordination (5–7 years)n
Exposure to automation/industrial projectsn
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel, etc.)n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsn
Strong analytical and reporting abilitiesn
