- Lead Healing Up’s PR and outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, organizations, creators, communities, and potential partners
- Identify and secure collaboration, sponsorship, and event opportunities
- Oversee professional emails, proposals, and outreach campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, events, and announcements
- Maintain and manage PR and collaboration databases
- Represent Healing Up in external communications
- Develop strategies to increase our visibility and reach
- Guide and coordinate the PR team

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident networking and professional outreach
- Leadership and team-management skills
- Organized, proactive, and responsible
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and professional email communication
- Prior experience in PR, marketing, student communities, or leadership is preferred
