Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary children.
- Follow the school's curriculum, teaching methodologies, and lesson plans effectively.
- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning techniques.
- Develop children's early literacy, numeracy, communication, motor, social, and emotional skills.
- Prepare and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, teaching-learning materials, and classroom resources.
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, music, art & craft, sensory activities, and other interactive sessions.
- Observe and assess children's academic, behavioural, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain individual student records and provide regular developmental feedback.
- Identify children requiring additional support and coordinate with the Pre-Primary Coordinator / School Counsellor as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Ensure proper supervision and safety of children throughout school hours.
- Build positive relationships with students and encourage confidence, independence, and good habits.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behaviour, and developmental needs.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, celebrations, workshops, and other activities.
- Collaborate with co-teachers, coordinators, and other school staff to ensure effective classroom functioning.
- Maintain attendance, student portfolios,
assessment records, and other required documentation.
- Support children in developing personal hygiene, social skills, discipline, and classroom etiquette.
- Participate in teacher training and career development programs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the School Leadership Team.

- Good knowledge of early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to use stories, rhymes, activities, music, art, and games effectively in teaching.
- Good parent-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching resources.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- NTT / Montessori / ECCE / D.Ed. / B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Pre-Primary / Kindergarten / Montessori Teacher.
- Experience in a structured school environment will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling a complete classroom independently will be preferred.
Pay: ₹9,800.27 - ₹33,469.57 per month
