Role Description The Portfolio Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of residential and commercial real estate investments. This role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating property performance, and recommending acquisition, disposition, or repositioning strategies to maximize returns and manage risk.

The Portfolio

Manager will monitor financial metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align portfolio decisions with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting due diligence,



reviewing investment proposals, coordinating with external partners (agents, developers, and financial institutions), and ensuring that portfolio activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes direct interaction with clients and stakeholders to present insights, address queries, and support informed investment decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Portfolio Management and Investments skills to plan, manage, and optimize diversified real estate holdings.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk-return profiles, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Trading and transaction execution to manage property acquisitions, sales, and related negotiations efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, real estate or investment certifications) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards of integrity and client service.
