– Quant Systematic / Discretionary Trading

We are looking for experienced

Portfolio Managers / Traders to manage capital across systematic and/or discretionary strategies across global markets and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage capital and take end-to-end ownership of trading strategies and portfolios.

- Develop, implement, and optimise systematic/discretionary trading strategies.

- Conduct quantitative research to identify new alpha, predictors, and trading opportunities.

- Monitor P&L;, risk, drawdowns, and portfolio exposures.

- Expand strategies across new markets, instruments, and exchanges.

- Collaborate with Quant Researchers, Traders, Developers, and the Quant Platform team.

- Drive new trading ideas and build/lead a strategy desk as the platform grows.

Ideal Profile

- Proven track record in trading and managing capital

.

- Experience as a





Portfolio Manager, Quant Trader, Systematic Trader, or Discretionary Trader

.

- Strong understanding of markets, portfolio construction, execution, and risk management.

- Quantitative/analytical mindset with exposure to statistical, ML, or data-driven research.

- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and robust motivation to generate sustainable risk-adjusted returns.
