Job Summary /n The PMO qualified will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project governance, planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and resource management across multiple Interior Fit-Out and Civil projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards while providing management with accurate project performance insights. /n Key Responsibilities /n Project Planning & Control /n /n

- Develop and maintain master project schedules for multiple projects.

- Monitor project progress against baselines and milestones.

/n

- Track project deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.

/n

- Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.

/n /n Project Governance /n /n

- Implement PMO standards, processes, and project controls.

/n

- Ensure compliance with company project management methodologies.

/n

- Conduct project reviews, audits, and governance meetings.

/n

- Maintain project documentation and change management records.

/n /n Reporting & Analytics /n /n

- Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.

/n

- Develop project dashboards and KPI reports for senior management.

/n





- Monitor project health, budget utilization, resource allocation, and productivity.

/n

- Analyze project risks, delays, and cost variances.

/n /n Resource Management /n /n

- Coordinate manpower planning across projects.

/n

- Track resource utilization and productivity.

/n

- Support project managers in resource forecasting and allocation.

/n /n Cost & Budget Monitoring /n /n

- Track project budgets, commitments, and actual expenditures.

/n

- Monitor variations, change orders, and cost impacts.

/n

- Coordinate with finance, procurement, and project teams for budget control.

/n /n Risk Management /n /n

- Maintain project risk and issue registers.

/n

- Identify potential project risks and mitigation plans.

/n

- Escalate critical project concerns to management.

/n /n Stakeholder Coordination /n /n

- Work closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Procurement, QS, and Site Teams.

/n

- Facilitate project review meetings and management presentations.

/n

- Ensure smooth communication between all project stakeholders.
