Must have engineering degree with 10 - 15 Year experience. Manage and supervise daily operations of the gold refinery plant. Ensure protected, efficient and continuous operation of all refinery processes and equipment.
Monitor production activities and ensure production targets, recovery rates and product quality are achieved. Supervise and coordinate plant operators, technicians and shift personnel. Prepare and implement daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
Monitor plant performance, process parameters, production losses and recovery.
Identify operational problems and take corrective action to minimize downtime and production losses. Coordinate with the maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
