Experience: 8 to 10 Years | Minimum 5 Years in Aerospace Quality Leadership

We are looking for an experienced Plant Quality Head to lead plant-wide quality operations and drive customer quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Receiving Inspection, FAI, In-Process & Final Inspection
- Drive QMS implementation and continual improvement
- Handle customer complaints, 8D, CAPA & customer audits
- Lead AS9100 / NADCAP compliance and audits
- Manage supplier quality, supplier audits & performance
- Drive NPD Quality, FAIR and customer-specific requirements
- Monitor internal rejection, COPQ, calibration & quality KPIs
- Lead and develop a 13-member Quality team





• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, PPC, Purchase, Stores & other functions

Mandatory / Preferred Expertise Aerospace manufacturing & precision machining

AS9100 Rev D & NADCAP

Special Processes & Heat Treatment

SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP

8D, RCA, 7 QC Tools & Why-Why Analysis

Supplier Quality & Audits

Product Traceability & Drawing/PO interpretation

Aerospace materials, machining, casting & forging

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

Certifications in AS9100, ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma or NADCAP will be an advantage.
