About the Role

Patel Enterprises is looking for an experienced Plant Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our plant in Kodangal/Tandur. The role involves coordinating production, manpower, materials, inventory, dispatch, maintenance, and overall plant activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily plant operations and ensure smooth production activities.
- Supervise workers, operators, and other plant staff.
- Monitor production, quality, material usage, and inventory.
- Coordinate raw materials, finished goods, and stock requirements.
- Coordinate dispatches with transporters, Sales, Accounts, and other teams.
- Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper operating procedures.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
- Prepare daily production, stock, manpower, dispatch, and operational reports.
- Ensure overall discipline, productivity, and efficiency at the plant.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering,



Production, Operations, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field preferred.
- 1–7 years of experience in plant operations, factory management, production, or manufacturing.
- Experience in cement, GGBS, construction materials, chemicals, or similar industries preferred.
- Experience managing manpower and plant-level operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory, production, dispatch, and maintenance coordination.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of plant operations.
- Willingness to work at the Kodangal/Tandur plant.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can independently manage the plant, handle manpower and operational issues, coordinate with different teams, and provide regular updates to management.

Salary: Based on experience and skills
