nWe are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires solid leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex settings while consistently delivering exceptional business value.
nWhat You'll Do

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives.n
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a robust focus on predictable and timely delivery of value.n
Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews,



steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handlingn
Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholdersn
Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analystsn
Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIsn
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentumn
Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and qualityn
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless executionn
Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicablen
