MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute with an under-graduation in engineering.n
Minimum 8 years‘ experience and proven expertise in manufacturing.n
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsn
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activitiesn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team settingn
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local languagen
Readiness to be part of a challenging work setting involving extensive travel for onsite activity in manufacturing units.n
