Job DescriptionJob Summary: BHIVE Group is looking for a energetic and strategic Head – Enterprise Sales to lead enterprise business development and revenue growth across our managed office portfolio. This leadership role will be responsible for driving large enterprise sales, building high-value client relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring seamless deal execution from acquisition to expansion.
nBHIVE is entering its next phase of growth—moving beyond mid-sized workspace clients to serve large, multi-year, high-commitment enterprise customers and, over time, Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
nKey Responsibilities:
nEnterprise Sales Leadership

Lead and drive enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue and occupancy targets across BHIVE locations.n
Build and manage a strong pipeline of large enterprise clients, GCCs, startups, and strategic accounts.n
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for managed office and solutions.n
Identify recent market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.n





nTeam Management & Capability Building

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Sales specialists.n
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.n
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives.n
Foster a high-performance and collaborative sales culture.n

nClient Relationship Management

Serve as the key point of contact for enterprise clients and strategic stakeholders.n
Build long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, IPCs, and channel partners.n
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.n
Proactively manage client expectations and resolve escalations effectively.n

nDeal Closure & Commercial Negotiations
