nWe are looking for a Cost Controller to join our Business Planning & Control team in Bengaluru.
nRequired Experience & Qualifications

CA Qualified / CA Inter Qualifiedn
5+ years of relevant experience after CA Final / CA Intern
Required experience working with Indian clients and Indian accountsn
Required experience working in a service-based companyn
Strong experience in Cost Control, OPEX, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L; and Cost Optimizationn
Robust Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasetsn
Valuable understanding of Cost Centre, GL, Provisioning and Cost Apportionmentn
Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsn

nKey Responsibilities

Drive cost control and support budget owners in staying within budgetsn
Conduct Actuals vs. Budget analysis and provide insights to stakeholdersn




Manage OPEX budgeting and rolling forecastsn
Perform cost allocation/apportionment across LOBsn
Identify and drive cost-saving and optimization initiativesn
Support incentive provisioning and special project cost trackingn
Ensure accurate cost booking and reportingn
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and provide financial insights for decision-makingn
