nPosition Description / Key Accountabilities
nThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Accounts Payable Specialist. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, including processing and verifying expenses, reconciling account transactions, preparing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting overall financial operations as needed.

Ability to work through Invoice Reconciliation cycle with both internal and external stakeholdersn
Updating and Posting invoices in ERP and associated tools in a timely mannern
Expediting of overdue payments regularly and preparation of reports for Finance teamn
Coach and Guide vendors to submit invoices within the client governance processn
Support vendors and internal stakeholders on any invoice queryn
Ability to communicate effectively and maintian positive vendor relationshipn
Champion of AP, GR/IR and Supply Chain processn
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsn
Experience in Invoice Processing Tools linked to an ERP system will be an advantagen

nTo be successful, you will need to be self-driven and comfortable being hands-on by demonstrating strong knowledge of Account Payable processes by providing actionable insights.
