Job DescriptionAbout Manager – Enterprise Solutions & Key Accounts:
nWe are looking for a consultative and result-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive recent business acquisition and strategic client engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise SaaS, solution selling, pre-sales, and account management, with the ability to engage CXOs, understand business challenges, and propose value-driven solutions.
nWhat You'll Do:

Identify, develop, and acquire current enterprise clients across target industries.n
Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations for prospective customers.n
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.n
Prepare and present proposals, RFP/RFI responses and commercial negotiationsn
Build robust relationships with Admin, Facility Management, Procurement and Operations stakeholders.n
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful implementation.n
Drive pilot programs and proof-of-concepts (POCs) where required.n
Manage enterprise accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.n
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.n
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.n
nWhat You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.n
4–6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Solution Consulting.n
Proven experience handling enterprise customers and large accounts.n
Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.n
Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and managing enterprise sales prospects.n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.n
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.n
Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions to enterprise
