Proven experience in configuring and implementing Siebel Appointment Booking System (ABS) and Assignment Manager together.n
Solid understanding of ABS architecture, concepts, and configuration.n
Experience defining and managing Assignment Rules, Assignment Objects, Assignment Criteria, and Assignment Manager workflows.n
In-depth knowledge of ABS Constraints, Schedules, time slots, and resource allocation.n
Hands-on experience with Siebel Field Service modules, including service activities, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.n
