Job DescriptionJob Summary
nThe client is seeking a detail-oriented qualified with qualifications and hands-on experience in US Accounting and US GAAP. The role involves managing financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing reports, and supporting month-end close processes for US-based clients.
nWorking Hours (Split Shift)
n• Day: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hybrid – Office twice a week)
n• Night: 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Work from Home)
nWorking Days: 5 working days
nImmediate 30 days' notice preferred
nKey Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain books of accounts for US clientsn
Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliationsn
Handle journal entries and general ledger maintenancen
Assist in month-end and year-end closingn
Prepare financial statements as per US GAAPn
Work on accounts payable and receivable processesn
Support audit documentation and schedulesn
Coordinate with US clients via email and virtual meetingsn
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and proceduresn

Strong understanding of US GAAPn
Experience working on QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero / Sagen
Valuable knowledge of financial statement preparationn
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups preferred)n
Good communication skills (written & verbal)n
