nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive with prior experience in healthcare advertising/communications to join our client servicing team in Mumbai.
nThe ideal candidate will have strong client management skills, a valuable understanding of healthcare advertising, and the ability to coordinate effectively with creative, strategy, medical, and other internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
nKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned healthcare/pharma clients.n
Understand client briefs and translate them into explicit internal briefs for creative and other teams.n
Coordinate with creative, strategy, medical, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.n




Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.n
Prepare presentations, proposals, campaign updates, and client communication as required.n
Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution.n
Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.n
Participate in client meetings and presentations and contribute to campaign discussions.n
Understand healthcare advertising regulations, brand guidelines, and communication requirements.n
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support the team in new business initiatives.n
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.n
