Taxation: Direct, Indirect & International Tax consulting and compliance.n
Regulatory Compliances: Income Tax, GST, Company Law, FDI, RBI, and NCLT matters.n
Special Assignments: Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, Business Setups, and more.n
