Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage cadets’ daily routines, discipline, and conduct.
Oversee hostel/house activities, attendance, hygiene, and safety.
Coordinate academic, sports, physical training, and extracurricular activities.
Mentor and guide cadets in discipline, leadership, and personal development.
Coordinate with teachers, wardens, parents, and school administration.
Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with school policies.
Handle emergencies and resolve day-to-day student concerns effectively.
Maintain effective communication channels with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on sports programs, events, and achievements.

Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any relevant discipline.
3–5 years of experience in a Sainik School, Military School, Residential/Boarding School, NCC, similar institution preferred.
Robust communication, leadership, discipline, and student-management skills.
Ex force ( army/Navy or Airforce) will Preference
