Job Role: Customer Service Associate (CSA) Department: Retail Operations Location: Store Location Employment Type: Full-Time Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service. Assist customers with product and store-related queries. Handle billing and cash counter operations accurately.
Support product display, replenishment, and shelf maintenance. Check product availability and guide customers to the required products. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.
Support stock counting, expiry checks, and inventory activities. Follow company policies, SOPs, safety and hygiene standards. Support online orders, picking, packing, and order handover when required. EligibilityMinimum 10th / 12th qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
