1. POSITION SUMMARY

Pachouli Aesthetic & Wellness is seeking a qualified, qualified, and patient-focused Physiotherapist to provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment, consultation, treatment, rehabilitation, and client-care services across Pachouli clinics. The selected candidate will be responsible for independently conducting physiotherapy consultations, preparing individualized treatment plans, delivering appropriate therapeutic interventions, monitoring client progress, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating with doctors and other wellness professionals.

This is a mobile/deployment-based role and the employee may be required to work across different Pachouli clinics in Delhi NCR as per operational requirements. No fixed or permanent base clinic will be assigned.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Clinical Assessment & Consultation
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy consultations and physical assessments.
- Review relevant medical history, presenting complaints, lifestyle factors, and previous treatment history.
- Assess pain, mobility, flexibility, muscle strength, posture, balance, coordination, and functional limitations.
- Identify physiotherapy-related concerns within the scope of professional practice.
- Determine appropriate treatment goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Clearly explain assessment findings, treatment objectives, expected outcomes, and recommended frequency of sessions to clients.
- Identify cases requiring medical evaluation and appropriately coordinate with the concerned doctor or clinical authority.

B. Physiotherapy Treatment & Rehabilitation
- Provide physiotherapy treatment based on the client's assessment and approved treatment plan.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, mobility, flexibility, posture correction, and functional rehabilitation programs.
- Provide appropriate manual therapy and other evidence-based physiotherapy techniques within professional competency and scope of practice.
- Guide clients regarding correct exercise techniques and safe movement patterns.
- Monitor client response during every session and modify treatment appropriately.
- Maintain appropriate precautions and contraindications while providing treatment.
- Provide suitable home-exercise and self-management guidance wherever appropriate.
- Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment program.

C. Client Care & Relationship Management
- Maintain a professional, respectful, empathetic, and client-centric approach at all times.
- Establish professional rapport and build client confidence through effective communication.
- Explain treatment procedures and after-care instructions in a simple and understandable manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review treatment progress.
- Encourage adherence to prescribed treatment and rehabilitation programs.
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information and clinical records.

D. Coordination with Clinical & Wellness Team
- Work closely with dermatologists, doctors, dietitians, therapists, Center Heads, and other clinical/wellness professionals.
- Coordinate client care wherever multidisciplinary intervention is required.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, training programs, and internal reviews.
- Provide relevant clinical updates to the reporting manager.
- Support the clinic team in maintaining a smooth and professional client experience.

E. Client Counselling & Service Support
- Educate clients about the importance of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, exercise, posture, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Recommend appropriate physiotherapy sessions or treatment plans based on genuine clinical requirements.
- Clearly communicate treatment plans, session requirements, and follow-up schedules.




- Coordinate with the client relationship/sales team for package-related discussions where applicable.
- Maintain ethical clinical practices at all times and ensure that client recommendations are based on genuine skilled requirements.

F. Documentation & Clinical Records
- Maintain complete and accurate records of consultations, assessments, treatment sessions, progress, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all required clinical documentation is completed within the prescribed timelines.
- Maintain treatment records in accordance with Company SOPs and applicable professional standards.
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of client records.
- Report any adverse event, treatment concern, equipment issue, or clinical incident immediately to the reporting authority.

G. Equipment, Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure appropriate handling and safe use of physiotherapy equipment.
- Follow prescribed equipment operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure treatment areas and equipment are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Report damaged, malfunctioning, or unsafe equipment immediately.
- Follow all applicable clinic hygiene, infection-control, safety, and operational protocols.

H. Clinic Operations & Multitasking
- Support smooth day-to-day clinical operations when required.
- Coordinate with the Center Head and other team members for clinic-related requirements.
- Attend scheduled meetings, training sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, discipline, and workplace conduct.
- Perform other reasonable responsibilities related to the role as assigned by authorized management.

1. QUALIFICATION & ELIGIBILITYMandatory Qualification

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized university/institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable professional authority, wherever legally/professionally required.
- Candidates must possess the required educational and professional credentials relevant to the position.

Preferred Qualifications Additional certification or training in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Manual Therapy
- Sports Rehabilitation
- Orthopaedic Physiotherapy
- Postural Correction
- Exercise Therapy
- Rehabilitation
- Sports Physiotherapy
- Dry Needling or other recognized specialized physiotherapy training

1. EXPERIENCE

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Candidates with relevant clinical internship/practical exposure may also be considered based on competency.
- Experience in hospitals, physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, sports clinics, wellness centers, or healthcare/aesthetic wellness organizations will be an advantage.

1. WORKING HOURS & EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

- Working Hours: 9-hour working shift per day.
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Weekly Off: Weekly off will not be scheduled on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and will be assigned on another weekday based on operational requirements.




- Deployment: The employee may be assigned to different Pachouli clinics across Delhi NCR.
- Base Clinic: No fixed/permanent base clinic will be allotted.
- Travel: The employee must be willing to travel between Pachouli clinics as required for official deployment.
- Minimum Commitment: A minimum commitment of 2 years with the organization is expected, subject to the applicable employment terms and appointment conditions.

1. TRAVEL & REIMBURSEMENT TERMS

- Travel from the employee's residence to the assigned Pachouli clinic will not qualify for separate travel allowance or reimbursement and shall be considered covered within the agreed salary.
- Where the employee is officially required to visit two or more Pachouli clinics on the same working day for business purposes, eligible inter-clinic public transport expenses may be reimbursed against valid supporting bills/tickets and in accordance with Company policy.
- Travel undertaken through a personal car, two-wheeler, or other private vehicle will not be eligible for reimbursement, including fuel, mileage, parking, or maintenance expenses, unless specifically authorized in writing by the Company.

1. PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS / KPIs

Performance will be evaluated on parameters including, but not limited to:
- Quality and accuracy of clinical assessments.
- Quality and effectiveness of treatment provided.
- Client satisfaction and overall treatment experience.
- Client follow-up and treatment continuity.
- Accuracy and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Compliance with clinical SOPs and safety protocols.
- Professional conduct and adherence to Company policies.
- Punctuality and attendance.
- Effective coordination with doctors and clinic teams.
- Ability to manage assigned clients and responsibilities efficiently.
- Contribution to overall clinic service quality and client experience.

1. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE

The Physiotherapist shall:
- Maintain professional ethics and standards of practice at all times.
- Work strictly within the scope of professional qualification, training, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Follow all Company policies, clinical SOPs, safety procedures, attendance rules, and code of conduct.
- Avoid making unauthorized medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or clinical claims outside the scope of professional practice.
- Immediately escalate serious clinical concerns or emergencies to the appropriate doctor/authorized person.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with all clients and colleagues.
- Protect the reputation, confidentiality, and professional standards of Pachouli.

1. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be a qualified, clinically competent, well-groomed, confident, empathetic, and client-focused Physiotherapist who can independently handle consultations and treatment sessions while working effectively within a multidisciplinary aesthetic and wellness environment. The candidate must be comfortable with client interaction, clinical counselling, documentation, multitasking, inter-clinic deployment, and working in a performance-driven healthcare and wellness organization.

1. AUTHORITY & ROLE EXPECTATIONS

The employee will be expected to perform all duties associated with the position professionally and diligently and may be assigned additional reasonable responsibilities by authorized management based on business and operational requirements. This outlines the principal responsibilities of the position and is not exhaustive. Pachouli reserves the right to modify, add, or reassign responsibilities, reporting structures, work locations, or operational requirements based on legitimate business needs and applicable Company policies.

The employee's employment shall remain subject to the terms of the appointment letter, applicable Company policies, and all applicable laws and professional requirements.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
