Data Eminence is seeking a motivated PHP Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications, backend services, APIs, and database-driven systems.

You will collaborate with frontend developers, designers, product teams, and other engineers to transform business requirements into reliable software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern PHP development practices while working remotely.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining web applications using PHP
- Writing clean, reusable, and maintainable backend code
- Building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Working with MySQL and other relational databases
- Developing and optimizing database queries
- Implementing authentication and authorization functionality
- Integrating third-party APIs and services
- Debugging and resolving application errors and performance issues
- Developing new features based on product requirements
- Testing applications and fixing identified defects

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in PHP development or a relevant internship

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with MySQL or another relational database
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Familiarity with Laravel or another PHP framework is a plus
