- Plan and execute high-quality photo and video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, tutorials, testimonials, events, and product showcases.

- Capture qualified product, lifestyle, corporate, and promotional photographs that align with brand guidelines.

/n

- Ensure excellent framing, composition, lighting, camera settings, and audio quality during all shoots.

/n

- Coordinate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop shoot concepts, storyboards, and production plans.

/n

- Manage camera equipment, lighting, lenses, and other production gear to ensure smooth shoot execution.

/n

- Organize and maintain photo and video assets for easy access and future use.

/n /n Video Editing & Post-Production /n /n

- Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, the website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

/n

- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects to enhance content.

/n

- Produce product demo videos, customer testimonials, corporate videos, and brand storytelling content.

/n

- Perform color correction, sound editing, and basic audio enhancement to ensure professional-quality output.

/n

- Optimize videos for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

/n

- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining consistency with the brand's visual identity.

/n /n Photography Editing /n /n

- Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to achieve high-quality, brand-consistent visuals.

/n

- Perform color correction, image enhancement, cropping, and resizing for print and digital platforms.

/n

- Prepare optimized images for websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, catalogs, brochures, and marketing materials.





/n /n Collaboration & Creativity /n /n

- Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, editing, and social media content trends.

/n

- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotional content.

/n

- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver compelling visual storytelling.

/n /n Skills & Qualifications: /n /n

- 2–4 years of experience in shooting and editing beauty, fmcg products.

/n

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

/n

- Experience with social media formats: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads, etc.

/n

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

/n

- A portfolio of past video work is mandatory
