MetaDerm is looking for a Pharmacy Dispensing Executive to support the day-to-day pharmacy operations at our Neelangarai, ECR centre. The role involves assisting with medicine dispensing, maintaining pharmacy stock and records, and providing courteous support to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines and products as per prescriptions and established procedures.
- Verify medicine names, quantities and other relevant details before dispensing.
- Assist in maintaining proper pharmacy stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about items requiring replenishment.
- Check medicine expiry dates and maintain proper storage of medicines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy area.
- Handle basic billing and documentation related to pharmacy sales, where required.
- Interact politely and professionally with patients and customers.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing/front-office teams and other staff as required.
- Follow all pharmacy and centre procedures while handling medicines.
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable and skilled.
- Polite and patient-friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn and work in a healthcare/clinic environment.
- No specific prior experience is required. Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates residing in or around Neelangarai / ECR will be preferred.
Salary
- Maximum CTC: ₹20,000 per month
- Approximate Take-Home: ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours Approximately 10:00 AM to 7:00/8:00 PM
