About the Role

Digital Bridge International (DBI) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personality Development & Employability Trainer to work with undergraduate students and support their personal, professional and career development.

The trainer will deliver highly interactive, activity-based sessions focused on communication, confidence, professional behaviour, leadership, teamwork and career readiness. The programme is designed to develop students beyond conventional classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Personality Development and Soft Skills training sessions.
- Develop students' verbal communication, articulation and public-speaking skills.
- Build confidence, self-expression and professional behaviour.
- Conduct group discussions, role plays, presentations and team activities.
- Develop leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct career and workplace-readiness activities.
- Support resume/CV development and professional profile building.
- Conduct interview preparation and mock interviews.
- Facilitate icebreaking, team-building and student engagement activities.
- Provide constructive individual and group feedback.
- Track student participation and development.
- Coordinate with the DBI academic team on student development and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in Personality Development, Soft Skills, Communication Skills,



Employability Training or Corporate Training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Confident, energetic and engaging personality.
- Ability to work effectively with undergraduate students.
- Strong activity-based and student-centred training approach.
- Experience conducting GDs, mock interviews, presentations and team-building activities is preferred.
- Corporate/industry exposure will be an added advantage.

Training Approach The trainer should not rely on conventional lecture-based teaching. Sessions should encourage students to participate, perform, communicate, collaborate and receive feedback.

Schedule

Training Days: Tuesday & Saturday

Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM The trainer may be required to support different student sections across the scheduled training days.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a trainer who can mentor, engage and develop students, rather than simply deliver lectures.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about transforming students into confident, communicative, professionally prepared and career-ready individuals.
