Job Role: Personal Loan Executive

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for Axis Bank Personal Loans.

- Explain personal loan products, features, benefits, eligibility, and other relevant details to customers.

- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

- Collect and verify required customer documents.

- Visit customers for document collection whenever required.

- Coordinate with the concerned teams for smooth loan processing.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and applications.

- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

- Provide qualified customer service throughout the loan application process.

Eligibility

- Qualification: Intermediate / Any Degree.

- Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates can apply.





- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic understanding of sales and financial products.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
