Experience: 4-8 Years of relevant experience in Personal Branding, Communications, Public Relations, Social Media, Content Strategy, or Founder/CEO Communications.

About the Role:

Manager – Personal Branding, Media & Public Communications to work directly with the Founder & Director and build a strong, credible public profile across healthcare, entrepreneurship, leadership, and social impact.

This is a strategic communications role focused on founder branding, content storytelling, media visibility, thought leadership, and reputation management—not just social media management or video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Founder's personal branding and communication strategy.
- Manage the Founder's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Create high-quality content including posts, articles, videos, reels, speeches, podcasts, and thought-leadership content.
- Cover key meetings, events, conferences,



and public engagements.
- Coordinate media, podcast, speaking, and PR opportunities.
- Build and maintain a digital archive of photos, videos, speeches, media coverage, and key milestones.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular branding and communications reports.

- Excellent English and Hindi communication
- Social media strategy and content planning
- Copywriting and scriptwriting
- Photography, videography, and basic video editing
- Digital marketing and analytics
- AI-assisted research and content creation

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in Founder/CEO branding, executive communications, PR, media, corporate communications, public affairs, or digital content strategy will be preferred.
