We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us scale our brand across paid channels and own our website experience.
? Eligibility
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing (D2C/e-commerce background preferred)
? Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional coordination between design, product, and operations teams
- Ideate and plan product listings for our Shopify store
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads
- Handle and manage the website end-to-end (no coding knowledge required - platform is Shopify)
✅ What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience running and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROAS/CPA results
- Solid sense of ownership and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfort working within Shopify's ecosystem (product listings, site management)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, data analysis, and Conversion Rate Optimization
