Designation - Performance Marketing Lead

Salary - 5- 9 LPA (take-home will be deducted after PT)

Workdays- 5 days in the office

Location- Andheri West, Veera Desai Road

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Specialist with solid experience across marketplace and quick commerce platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise in campaign setup, execution, analytics, and client management, with a sharp focus on driving business growth through data-led insights.

- Own end-to-end management of e-commerce campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and quick commerce platforms.
- Generate actionable campaign and business insights by deep-diving into digital, sales, and customer data.




- Track and analyse key metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, visibility, share of voice, and sales uplift.
- Stay updated with platform innovations, beta features, and industry best practices.

Competencies & Skills

2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Marketplace / Quick Commerce

Marketing.

Proven hands-on experience in setting up and managing campaigns on: Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, Quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart, and marketplace platforms such as Nykaa, Myntra, and other leading e-commerce portals.
