- Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms—aligning KPIs with funnel stages and revenue goals.
- Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROAS, CPC efficiency, and conversion volume.
- Build and interpret performance dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and native platform reports to inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs for performance lift.
- Implement UTM tagging, conversion tracking,



and pixel setups across web and app properties to ensure accurate attribution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor spend, and platform updates to stay ahead of algorithmic and policy shifts.
