About The Role

Doodhvale Farms is seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Executive to drive customer acquisition, digital growth, media buying and brand building initiatives across multiple channels. This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, paid media execution, and data-driven decision-making, with a robust focus on building sustainable performance engines for a D2C brand.

The role offers an opportunity to lead end-to-end marketing strategies, mentor high-performing teams, and make a measurable impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Stores, and other digital channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media strategies with a strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding, creatives, and funnel performance.
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies including acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and content teams to design and deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize CAC, maximize ROI, and scale campaigns effectively.
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting,



and campaign reporting to ensure efficiency and impact.
- Drive brand building initiatives through storytelling, influencer partnerships, and content-led campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior performance marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation, ownership, and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and D2C growth.

Skills & Competencies

- Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on Meta platforms, along with other major digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Experience in brand management, storytelling, and building digital presence.
- Leadership and team management experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
- Ability to scale campaigns sustainably while optimizing ROI, CAC, and AOV.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or related roles, preferably in D2C or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and brand impact.
- Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale campaigns.
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing or related field preferred.
