The Role

As a People Partner , you will support the day-to-day execution of People & Culture programs across India while serving as a trusted resource for leaders and associates. This role is primarily focused on employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, engagement initiatives, compliance, and people operations, while also providing guidance to managers on performance, development, and employee experience matters.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing operational execution with occasional coaching and advisory responsibilities. This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to strategic HR initiatives while remaining closely connected to the employee experience.

People Operations & Employee Lifecycle (40-45%)

- Support the onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and ensure that HR documentation is maintained by the compliance and administration team.
- Ensure that employee records and HR systems to ensure data accuracy is maintained by the compliance, onboarding and engagement teams by conducting HR Audits.
- Support policy administration and respond to associate inquiries, work on resolving any associate concerns and working proactively to ensure a safe work environment
- Coordinate annual HR processes including performance reviews, engagement surveys,



and compensation cycles.

Employee Experience & Engagement (25- 30%)

- Support engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition activities, and cultural events.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews and identify trends.
- Assist with engagement survey administration and action planning.
- Partner with global teams to implement people initiatives locally.

Performance & Talent Support (10-20%)

- Assist leaders with performance management processes and documentation.
- Support career development discussions and individual development planning.
- Provide guidance on performance conversations and employee concerns.
- Escalate complex employee relations matters as appropriate.

Employee Relations & Manager Support (10-20%)

- Serve as a first point of contact for managers and associates on HR-related questions.
- Support investigations, workplace concerns, and policy interpretation for both internal and contractors in our contingent workforce.
- Provide practical guidance on employee issues while ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational updates as needed.

Who You Are

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- You have 3–4 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, People Operations, or HR Partner role.
- You have experience supporting employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and engagement programs.
- You have knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR best practices.
- You have experience in staffing, consulting, professional services, or fast-paced organizations. This is preferred.
