Role Summary
To drive and develop global sales for newly developed nutraceutical ingredients by identifying market prospects, building strong customer relationships and executing effective business strategies. Key Responsibilities: Drive global sales of nutraceutical ingredients and achieve business targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with organizational goals. Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Develop and manage channel partners and distribution networks. Collaborate with R&D; and Marketing team. Qualifications: Postgraduate / MBA (preferred) Experience: 12–15 years Key Skill Sets: Solid techno-commercial sales expertise Strategic planning and execution Business development and negotiation skills Customer relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Industry Preference: Nutraceutical / Food Ingredients / Pharma Ingredients Budget – CTC up to 36 LPA
