Job Summary /n We are looking for a Pensions Domain Trainer to independently deliver high-quality training for our UK pensions administration team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pensions operations, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to simplify technical topics for new joiners and colleagues who want to upskill or go for a relevant certification. /n While initial guidance will be provided, the candidate is expected to independently manage the end-to-end training lifecycle with primary focus on curriculum design, facilitation, learner engagement, assessments—within a few weeks of joining. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n Training Facilitation /n /n
- Deliver structured training programs on UK pensions domain topics, processes, and systems for new joiners as well as existing employees.
/n
- Facilitate engaging virtual and/or classroom sessions covering pensions operations (joiners, leavers, retirements, transfers, etc.) with clarity and impact.
/n
- Conduct assessments and feedback sessions using practical examples and cases to evaluate learner readiness.
/n
- Stay updated on UK pension regulations and changes to ensure the training curriculum remains relevant and updated.
/n /n Training Administration & Management /n /n
- Manage the logistics for own training sessions including session scheduling, attendance tracking, learner assessments, and certification journey management.
/n
- Collaborate with Business leaders and SMEs to enhance training materials based on business priorities.
/n
- Report training delivery status, learner progress, assessment scores, and key observations to the relevant stakeholders; flag any risks or support needed proactively.
/n
- Collect feedback and share suggestions for improvement with the team.
/n
- Maintain training material, documentation, FAQs, and session-wise trackers.
/n /n /n Content Development & SME Support /n /n
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME)
to instructional designers and learning content developers for the creation of high-quality eLearning modules and other digital assets for the Pensions domain learning.
/n
- Review the learning content to ensure technical accuracy, relevance, completeness, and alignment with latest UK pensions regulations.
/n
- Offer insights and updates to support the continuous improvement of the learning material.

- Clarity of Communication : Ability to explain technical and regulatory concepts in simple, understandable language.

- Voice Modulation & Pacing : Effective verbal delivery with variation in tone, pitch, and pace to maintain interest.

- Command over English Language : Clear articulation, correct grammar usage, and professional vocabulary to ensure credibility and learner comprehension across UK-based processes.

- Learner Engagement : Use of questioning techniques, examples, scenarios, and digital tools to keep sessions interactive.
/n
- Confidence & Preparation : Thorough command over session content, with readiness to address learner questions independently.
/n
- Responsiveness & Patience : Addressing queries professionally while encouraging participation across knowledge levels.
/n
- Understanding of Adult learning principles and models like Bloom’s Taxonomy
/n
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, seeking better ways to enhance learning and delivery.
/n /n /n Required Skills and Experience /n Must-Have /n /n
- 10 years of hands-on experience in UK pensions administration or a closely related process.
/n
- Comfort with virtual platforms (Teams/Zoom) and basic presentation tools (PPT, whiteboard tools).
/n
- Solid organizational skills for managing batch-wise logistics, learner data, and follow-ups.
/n
- High accountability for independent training delivery after initial support phase.
/n
- Pensions Administration domain experience is a must.
/n /n /n Good-to-Have /n /n
- Exposure to CPC or APE content or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
/n
- Experience coordinating or contributing to training content development.
/n
- Familiarity with LMS tools or digital learning platforms.
