Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Pega QA Developer with 3+ years of experience in Pega testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in functional and technical testing of Pega applications, with the ability to design test scenarios, execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with development and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business and technical requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of Pega applications.
- Validate Pega workflows, case management, business rules, integrations, and UI functionality.
- Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and test evidence.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects through resolution.
- Work closely with Pega developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.




- Perform regression testing for Pega application enhancements and releases.
- Validate APIs, integrations, database transactions, and upstream/downstream system interactions.
- Support UAT and production-release validation activities.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and overall application quality.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Pega QA / Pega Testing.
- Good understanding of Pega Platform and Case Management.
- Solid experience in functional and integration testing.
- Experience with Pega workflows, rules, UI, and integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
- Experience testing REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Familiarity with defect management and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
