Key Responsibilities PCB Testing &

- Validation: Perform functional, voltage, and load testing on bare and assembled inverter control/power boards (SMD and through-hole).

Fault

Diagnosis &

- Debugging: Identify component-level failures (MOSFETs, IGBTs, driver ICs, DSP/microcontroller circuits, diodes, capacitors) using circuit schematics.

Test Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (DSO), multi-meters, DC programmable power supplies, LCR meters, and electronic AC/DC loads. Rework &

- Soldering: Carry out exact SMD and through-hole desoldering/rework for faulty components during debugging. Quality &
- Documentation: Maintain detailed test logs, failure analysis reports (FAR),



and yield data to support continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics, Electrical &

- Electronics (EEE), or Instrumentation.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of power electronics topology (inverters, DC-DC converters, transformer circuits, and gate driver circuits). Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in schematic reading, waveform analysis, and manual soldering/rework.

Experience: 1 years of direct experience in testing inverter, UPS, SMPS, or power electronics PCBAs.
