- 5–10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, or related functions.

- B.Sc. / B.Pharm required; MBA preferred.

- Strong exposure to Government Business, Institutional Sales, Tender Business, or Public Health Programs is essential.

- Experience in managing Government accounts, stakeholder engagement, and business development within public healthcare institutions is preferred.

/n /n /n Role Highlights /n The Payor Business Manager (PBM) will be responsible for driving business growth across Government and Institutional accounts for Pfizer's Vaccines portfolio.

The role involves: /n /n





- Building and managing relationships with key Government stakeholders and institutions.

- Driving advocacy and formulary inclusion initiatives.

/n

- Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities in the Government healthcare sector.

/n

- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Account Management teams to deliver account-specific strategies and business objectives.
