Vital Dental, Chandigarh, is looking for a confident, highly professional and target-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator & Patient Conversion Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and respond to new patient enquiries
- Understand the patient’s main dental concern and desired outcome
- Book qualified patients for clinic consultations
- Explain treatment plans, benefits, timelines and payment options in simple language
- Coordinate with doctors for implants, aligners, crowns, RCT and full-mouth cases
- Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain complete lead and patient records in the clinic tracking system
- Convert consultations into treatment acceptance and advance payment
- Achieve defined appointment, attendance and conversion targets
- Provide a premium and ethical patient experience
Preferred Candidate:
- BDS, dental hygienist, dental technician or experienced dental treatment coordinator
- Strong knowledge of dentistry
- Excellent Hindi and English communication
- Confident in calling, counselling and objection handling
- Comfortable working with targets and performance reviews
- Well-groomed, disciplined, empathetic and highly professional
- Previous dental clinic or healthcare sales experience preferred
