Job Title: Palo Alto Trainer

Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Job Type: Part - Time

Key Responsibilities

- Create and deliver high-quality, in-person, or virtual instructor-led training (ILT) on Palo Alto technologies.
- Design and maintain lab environments that simulate real-world enterprise scenarios for practical experience.
- Instruct on key topics, including Palo Alto firewall architecture, App-ID, User-ID, Content-ID, NAT policies, threat prevention, SSL decryption, and GlobalProtect VPN.
- Train on Panorama for managing multiple firewalls, including device groups and templates.
- Monitor learner progress, administer assessments, and ensure training objectives are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of Palo Alto Networks security products, including PAN-OS, Panorama, and cloud security solutions (Prisma).




- Certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) or PCCSE (Prisma Certified Cloud Security Engineer) are an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of network security concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, VPNs, and VLANs).
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences using adult learning principles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience as a network security engineer, trainer, or consultant is highly preferred.
