Role Description The Packaging Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing product packing activities, ensuring that packaging standards, safety guidelines, and quality requirements are consistently met.

The Packaging

Executive collaborates with design, R&D;, and production teams to implement packaging specifications, optimize materials, and support current product launches.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring packaging operations, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation, and conducting checks to ensure regulatory and brand compliance. The role also involves identifying process improvements, reducing packaging defects, and supporting efficient supply chain and inventory management related to packaging materials.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and perform Packing operations with attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Skills in Packaging Design to support branding, functionality, and user experience.
- Knowledge of Packaging Engineering to select materials, optimize structures, and ensure product protection.
- Experience in Quality Control to monitor packaging standards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.
- Research skills to evaluate new packaging technologies, materials, and sustainable solutions.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical packaging is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in cosmetic or cosmeceutical packaging.
