Role Description The Owner role at Odessa in Salem is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and ensuring consistent delivery of value to customers and stakeholders. This role includes setting local business priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and guiding strategic initiatives in alignment with Odessa’s global vision.

The Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage key partnerships, and support decision-making on resource allocation, budgets, and growth opportunities. Daily activities involve reviewing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, supporting compliance with company policies,



and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. The Owner also represents Odessa in local market interactions and ensures that the Salem office maintains strong communication with leadership and teams in other locations.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business ownership, operations leadership, or senior management within technology, financial services, or leasing-related industries.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, and building collaborative, inclusive work environments.
- Ability to understand and work with enterprise software solutions, with familiarity in digital transformation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accountability and results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
- Prior experience in the leasing, asset finance, or broader financial services sector is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work in office in Salem and collaborate with global teams across time zones.
