Role Description The Owner role at Zerokost Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Belgaum. The Owner is responsible for defining the company’s strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring that AI-driven healthcare solutions align with market needs and regulatory standards.

Day-to-day activities include setting business goals, managing budgets, guiding product development, and supervising key functions such as marketing, sales, and partnerships. The role involves building and leading high-performing teams, representing the organization in stakeholder and investor meetings, and nurturing relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and technology partners.



The Owner is expected to make data-informed decisions, monitor performance metrics, and promote a culture of innovation, ethics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in founding, owning, or leading a business, preferably in healthcare, technology, or related sectors.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving growth and organizational change.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, digital health, or AI-driven solutions, and familiarity with relevant compliance and regulatory considerations.
- Proven skills in team leadership, talent management, and creating inclusive, high-engagement work environments.
- Competence in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation to support sustainable business performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with clients, partners, and investors.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, healthcare management, technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant entrepreneurial experience may substitute.
- Ability to work in office in Belgaum and commit to full-time leadership responsibilities.
