Develops compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve the attraction and matching of qualified candidates
Organizes job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with client's needs
Conducts interviews to assess candidates skills, knowledge, and experience against the job requirements
Sources candidates globally by leveraging recruitment software, databases,



social media or referrals within own qualified network to find suitable talents for Digital clients
Initiates regular market analysis to stay up-to-date labour market trends and hiring practices
Collaborates with clients to shortlisted successful candidates, manages the full candidate experience, including the offer and onboarding process
Provides updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analysis to clients and internal management
