We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
Collaborate with other departments to support financial initiatives
Provide support during external audits and tax filings

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Indian tax laws and compliance requirements
