Responsibilities
• Lead onboarding, adoption and ongoing success for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with HR and operations stakeholders on verification workflows and service outcomes.
• Monitor account health, usage, turnaround times and escalations.
• Identify prospects to deepen engagement and improve customer experience.
Requirements
• 3–6 years in enterprise customer success, account management, HRTech or BGV.
• Solid stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, service reviews and escalations.
Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
