Employment Type: Full time | Work from Office + Significant Field Travel
Reporting To: Founder
Role
Docterz is looking for a hands-on Senior Manager – Offline Sales & Growth to build and scale customer acquisition beyond digital channels.
This is not just a field-sales role. You will experiment with and build multiple offline channels to reach and acquire doctors, including:
Direct doctor and clinic outreach
Medical conferences and CMEs
Doctor groups and communities
Medical associations and local chapters
Small-format doctor events and workshops
Local referral and advocacy networks
City and specialty-specific growth initiatives
The objective is easy:
Find repeatable offline channels that can acquire doctors at attractive economics — and scale what works.
What You'll Own
Build the offline acquisition strategy and execute it on the ground.
Identify high-potential specialties, cities and doctor communities.
Plan and execute conferences, CMEs, doctor meetings and local activations.
Build relationships with doctor groups and medical associations.
Manage and coach a small field-growth team.
Track the complete funnel: Doctor Reach → Demo → Sale → Collection.
Measure CAC and ROI across different offline initiatives.
Run experiments, identify winning channels and build repeatable playbooks.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years in field sales, business development or offline growth.
Experience managing a small team.
Solid sales and execution orientation.
Comfortable personally meeting doctors/customers and being in the field.
Experience with conferences, communities or professional groups is an advantage.
Healthcare/Pharma/HealthTech/MedTech/SaaS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Entrepreneurial, data-driven and comfortable building from scratch.
Success in This Role
Within the first 90 days, we expect you to identify and demonstrate at least one scalable offline acquisition model across a combination of:
Specialty × Geography × Channel
We are looking for a builder who wants to create the playbook, not someone looking to inherit one.
