We're Hiring: Post-Production Support Specialist | MPS, Media Workflows & Production Technology | Onsite – Mumbai BKC | 3+ Years

Techwurkz is hiring an experienced Post-Production Support Specialist for a leading global entertainment organization. Ideal for professionals from post-production, studio, production technology, or media operations with solid troubleshooting and workflow expertise.

Position Details

✔ Role: Post-Production Support & Deployment Specialist

✔ Experience: 3+ Years

✔ Location: Mumbai BKC

✔ Work Model: Onsite

✔ Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

✔ Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional weekend/night support

What You'll Do

✔ Support production and post-production teams, resolving technical issues and minimizing disruption.

✔ Monitor automated media/file-transfer workflows and system health.

✔ Support footage ingest, media libraries, conform, VFX pulls, dailies, and review/approval workflows.

✔ Troubleshoot production technology workflows and coordinate remediation.

✔ Capture recurring issues and translate production feedback into improvements.

✔ Partner with Product, Engineering, and regional teams on defects and enhancements.

✔ Support deployment and operational readiness of production tools.

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years in post-production support, studio/network support, production technology, or media operations.

✔ Strong understanding of content creation, on-set production, and post-production workflows.

✔ Familiarity with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere,



Baselight, Colorfront, Autodesk, Aspera, or similar tools.

✔ Understanding of dailies, VFX, conform, media transfer, and review/approval workflows.

✔ Command-line proficiency and basic API knowledge.

✔ Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, ALE, EDL, MHL/ASC-MHL, and FDL.

✔ Understanding of local, SAN, and cloud storage.

✔ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

✔ Flexibility for occasional nights, weekends, and off-hours.
